Watches & accessories made from sustainable resources
We are a sustainable company that produces and sells Fairtrade fashion and accessories. But what does that mean exactly? Only sustainable raw materials such as organic cotton, bamboo or Tencel are used in the manufacture of our products. These are a lot more environmentally friendly and fair to people and nature. Many of our accessories are made of bamboo wood, for example. Bamboo is a very resistant plant which has the advantage, that no chemical fertilizers or pesticides have to be used during the cultivation. Furthermore, this sustainable raw material grows like weeds, which means that large quantities of bamboo can be decomposed without endangering the crop. Many of our products are GOTS certified. The Global Organic Textile Standard is largely focused at the processing of organically produced raw materials into finished products. The guidelines include fair and safe working conditions, as well as sufficient payment for the workers. In the processing of finished garments and accessories, for example, bleaching with chlorine or chemical brighteners is completely avoided and only GOTS-approved dyes are used for dyeing. You will notice that sustainability is our top priority, including every single step.
We are also socially committed
The GREENALITY team is not only concerned about the environment, our employees and our customers, but also about all other people. We are a company that wants to develop continuously and we want to try to make the world a little bit more fair every day. To achieve these goals, we have launched our project "A lesson for fashion" in 2019. With this project, we donate money to the “Amader Pathshala”, a school in Bangladesh, with every sold article. In this way we want to ensure that children from less developed countries also get a chance for a good education and a successful future.
