So glad to finally meet you, I'm the Billie Trousers by People Tree. Just imagine the most comfortable piece of clothing and add the colour black and you get me. People Tree has been working with fair trade artisans and farmers in developing countries for 20 years. This is how I was made in a particularly ethical and sustainable way. In size M, I have a waist size of 34 cm, an outer leg length of 103 cm and an inner leg length of 71 cm. My cut is high. Your day has to be relaxed and calm when wearing my loose fit, granting your legs freedom all the way from top to bottom.

You will be pleased to hear that I was made out of Cotton (organic) and elastane and therefore I'm vegan. Through my soft jersey fabric, your legs will be caressed without leaving a scratchy feeling. My plain design makes me a wardrobe staple and allows you to create endless combinations. My production took place in India under fair trade conditions. You can also brag about my GOTS DK-17568 certification which I'm very proud of. Now I seem to be even more comfy, don't you think?

My lifespan extends if you wash me with machine wash at 30°c. But I am not on good terms with the tumble dryer.

Synthetic fibres can help increasing the elasticity of trousers. Therefore, I also contain them. When you're washing me in the washing machine microplastic particles could get into the sewage.
