Besonnen- For the sporty look
You love sports? Then the cool clothes of the slow fashion label Besonnen are just right for you! Founder and fashion designer Annett Borg has a penchant for sporty everyday looks and therefore offers you a wide selection of leggings, sports bras and T-shirts. So you can switch directly from the sports mat into everyday life without having to change again. Or simply for a cosy Sunday afternoon the dresses are perfect. Annett Borg gained her first experiences in fashion at a fast fashion giant in London and quickly realized that she didn't want to go on like this. Therefore she decided to found a Slow Fashion Label and also the future fashion forward e.V. and thus she is working for better conditions in the fashion industry.
Slow fashion instead of fast fashion
In contrast to the exploitation of people, animals and nature, as is the case with fast fashion labels, Annett Borg makes sure that her production is environmentally friendly and fair. Most of the garments are produced fairtrade in a local factory in Poland. Furthermore, only high-quality materials are used. Organic cotton is not only ecological and free of pesticides or other chemicals, the material is also breathable. So you don't have to be afraid of sudden hot flushes. And the wood fibre Tencel, which is obtained from eucalyptus, is also free of harmful substances and extremely tear-resistant. Recycled polyester is also incorporated into the sportswear.
Variation as far as the eye can see
Besides Sport Bras, leggings are also extremely good for sports. Tight fit leggings with a high elastic waistband are available in many different colours and extend your legs. But also wide fitting submarine shirts are a must for sports. With them you don't feel constricted and can either chill out or show what you can do on the mat.
Teaching the fashion industry a lesson
We at GREENALITY are also against the philosophy of the fast fashion giants and want to teach them a lesson. Therefore we have started the project "A Lesson For Fashion" in 2019. With every purchased item we donate the amount for a school lesson to a school in Bangladesh. The donations are for the school Amader Pathshala, which we visited in 2018. We want to help the children there to achieve a better future and to escape the clutches of the fashion industry.
